I am 21 years old male. I had kidney stones but have them removed. Now I after 3 to4 months after stone removal I am having a problem. I can't initiate a urine stream and I am unable to poop for 3 to 4 days. My so no graphy reports are normal. Left and right kidney are normal size. Prostate is normal size and every things fine. Then why I am facing these problems. Last night I felt like I had nightfall but nothing came out of urethra. I am having some problems in erection as well. Please help me.

Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and For constipation I will suggest you to eat food with high fiber content like green leafy vegetables and can also eat bananas at bedtime as it is effective as a laxative and if necessary take 10 ml of syp cremaffin at night
