I was addicted to porn. Every time I watch I masturbate. I am willing to stop this. Max I can be able to withstand without watching is 10 days. Also I this 10 days the ejaculation fluid was getting ejaculated without my intimation during sleep. Plzz suggest me how to overcome addiction and also tell me that is there any problems that occur due to sudden stopping. If problems arise due to sudden stopping then suggest me how to stop.
