I had a normal delivery and my girl baby is now 3 months old. I'm breastfeeding her and advised to do for a year at least. Now my husband wants to have intercourse with me. He has the habit of squeezing and sucking my breasts and nipples during sex. As i'm nursing my child, will the sex with my husband affects my breastfeeding? As he insists, shall I breastfeed him? Will the milk be sufficient for both the child and husband? Does having full intercourse with my husband wearing a condom is a safe contraceptive method? Or should I have Copper -T inserted for better safety.

You have copper T in place so need not to worry about pregnancy, failure of copper T is well much below 1%, Intercourse doesnot affect milk output, Once copper T in place wearing condom is you couple's choice. Milk will not be sufficient for your husband, because if your husband wants to live on milk he will require about 5 ltr milk per day, while you total output if counted for 24 hours at 3 months post conceptional is most likely 1200 ml.(Avg given Normal range is wide). So one of them will need top milk. I request you to kindly continue breast feeding to child. And convince your husband to relish cow, buffalow, goat, sheep, camel or any other mammmal's milk. He may select species of mammals he like most. Sorry I misread your question, you can go for copper T or Depot medroxy progesteron inj after consulting our obstetrician. Wearing condom provide only 80% safety.
