Hello there. I'm a medico. I want to reduce my weight by nearly 20 kg. I will be doing brisk walk nearly 45 min daily. Can you please suggest a diet chart for me? PS=In my hostel they will be serving only white rice and Sambhar.

Hi, You can connect with us via a private chat for personalized diet .In general, To loose weight, you should eat smaller meals every 2-3 hours. Have 6 small meals instead of 3 big meals ,in a day with healthy and high calorie foods. Include nuts, seeds,and fruits in your diet.
