I'm doing regular exercises not less than 4 days a week and not less than 30 min in a day proper food less than 1200cal a day and water intake 2 litres but my weight is not reducing even half a kg. Recently checked for pcod, thyroid, vit d test and other general test too all normal I'm over weight by 15 kg for my height what should I do now.

That will help you to reduce faster. Also increase fruits and salads in your diet. Each meal should not have more than one roti with dals, salads and some curd.
