Actually I am in 11th class and have recently changed my school. My older school used to get over at 2: 15 pm so many used to give me bun butter a packet of cookies a banana and an apple. I never used to take food cause I used to puke out cold food so in the new school it is necessary for me to take paper tiffen because of the schools rules and regulations so what I did was I told my mom to give me rice every day cause I can eat cold rice easily so is it fine if I take rice every day. Please consider the fact that my new school gets over at 3: 30 pm. It would be very nice of you if you tell me how do I reduce my weight.

Taking rice does not create extra weight. Taking too much of fried rice / biryani / other fried stuff and sweet stuff adds to weight.
