I have many problems, when I eat something I feel pressure, I can not differentiate that it is urge to fart or go to potty, when I sit and then stand up my legs feel sick, there is cervical pain in my neck which goes to heavy headache sometimes, right side of the neck almost, even I try to get something in front of me then my arms muscles pain starts, I feel sick all day, I am married, loosing my sex life, premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction, previously I was able to do two times sex in a night but now I do it one time in 4 days, and it fails too early, and after that erection is impossible even after watching porns, then I go to sleep and in morning about 5 am and after six hours when I wake up early, erection is there but urge to do sex will be nill.
