Hi Doctor, I am a 43 year old male, travelling a lot to different countries for the official matters. My natural skin tone is very fare, but since the last 6-7 years, I noticed the color of my face gradually changing to darker tone with black spots on either cheeks and over the nose. It looks like the light black patches like dots appears to be underneath in the skin is growing slowly. Now the color change between the body and the face is very clear due to the difference in skin tones. What could be the cause? I would be grateful if you could suggest a remedy for the problems described above. I have blood cholesterol levels close to 200-220 which is above the border levels I guess. I am not diabetic and consuming no medicines. Thank you.
