Hi! I have been diagnosed with bilateral PCO at the time of menses, while urinating i'm getting a burning sensation and pain and sometimes pain in the left side of the lower abdomen is it normal in PCO. And i'm not taking any medicine for PCO.

Burning sensation during urination can be due to urine infection,,take plenty of water,,take coconut water,,take alovera juice,,with this u need proper homoeopathic treatment to cure ur pcos as well ur urine infection
