Hy sir I am 24 year old guy nd height is 5.6" nd weight 65 kg But in my view I feel that I am fatty So I just want to reduce my tummy which is 32" Give me a some suggestion to reduce. Thanks.

Avoid eating bad fats but eat foods that contain good fats. Drink plenty of water. For exercises, you can do the bicycle exercise, jogging, running, cycling etc. We are here to guide you.
