I have diabetics which my father and grandfather also had I try to manage it through walk and running, some time I measure and found it around 250 .Can you please suggest me how can I manage it in a better way through diet?

Hello, to control diabetes you need to have a lifestyle modification. Have a proper diet and exercise routine. Increase fibre in your diet by including oats, daliya, multi grain bread include beans in your diet as salad add vegetables. Include broccoli, sprouts. Eat 2slices of papaya, 1apple, 1 bowl watermelon, muskmelon. U need to have a exercise regime atleast 20 mins a day. Do yoga, walking, meditation. Include methi seeds in your diet daily. Soaked methi seeds 1/2 tsp daily. Drink 10-12 glasses of water daily. Have short and frequent meals. Avoid refined flour, oily and fried foods. Don't rmtake extra salt. No sugars, soft drinks. Always eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
