Dear Lybrateuser, - Get your blood hemoglobin, sugar & thyroid hormone level checkup done, also check BP - follow a healthy lifestyle including a well balanced diet, do regular exercise, keep stress levels low - have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, wholegrains instead of refined ones & protein rich foods (include a protein food in each of your meals & also advance snack in-between meals) - stay well hydrated, have plenty of oral fluids including 1-2 litres of water per day - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming ,also do operate weight lifting for 10-15 minerals twice a week ,yoga & meditation to boost your energy & be alert throughout the day - include a protein rich foods such as legumes orva milk product in your dinner.
