I am suffering to diabetes type 2 from 4 years and last year I have a attack of paralysis in left side. So I request you please suggest me diet plan that what I should take in diet or avoid. Thank you.

Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned, however, there is very little specific information like fasting & PP glucose, HbA1c%, present diet and whether he is able to do any exercise. I need to know all these details before a diet plan can be given. Usually a person with diabetes should avoid deep fried foods, sweets, bakery items, pastries, foods made from maida like bread etc. Should consume more of green leafy vegetables salads and fruits. Always use whole grain flour for chapati and roti. Avoid colas, sweetened drinks and packaged fried foods. Should also avoid alcohol and smoking. Thanks.
