I'm not clear what the disease I'm facing. I discharge within 30 seconds. Every night when I see any sexual dream, nightfall occurred. I think I've lost my control on sensation. Just a single touch in dream I discharged. It's a shocking moment. I'm not addicted of masturbation. Non alcoholic. Don't smoke. Don't see pornography. I can't judge why I'm facing this issue.
