I am diabetics for 12 years. Recently my sugar level raised to 155 fasting and ppbs 220. I am on medication. The doctor has changed the medicine. I am on diet and walks 5 km s daily. Due to on diet I feel hungry always and when hungry increases my head aches and nausea like feeling. My body aches a lot and exhausts soon and feel weak. Pl. Help.
