Hello. The loss of pregnancy belly post delivery is not a very easy task. Also depending on the type of delivery you had. In a c section delivery the regain of the pre- pregnancy belly becomes a little more difficult as compared to a normal delivery. But nothing is impossible if we decide to achieve it. Make sure that the fat consumption is limited, and concentrate more on invisible fat sources that is through nuts and oil seeds. The carbohydrate source should be more of complex and very less simple, simple being the white/ brown sugar, honey, jaggery, processed flours and grains. Next being, the proteins, we look for good quality complete proteins, that comes through milk and milk products, animal low fat meats, egg, a combination of cereal and pulse. Then finally move on to the physical activities. Do exercises which concentrate more on the belly stomach. Everyday at least 30 minutes of exercise is what is expected.
