Nowadays I am forgetting everything whatever I study or any work. I pass my whole day just by over thinking. I don't want to talk to anyone. Just want to be a loner. I don't attend any family gathering or any function until compelled to do so. I don't have interest in anything now. I have that notion in my mind that others are better and I am not. Actually I tried for need many times but was not able to get govt college seat despite working damn hard. But I want to become a doctor. And now I am just alone. And unable to focus properly. So much stressed. And I cry almost daily. Now I don't want to do anything. How can I overcome this? Am I suffering from any disorder?

Please see what matters is your sincerity and your best efforts for your exams, this is what God sees, so this is what matters irrespective of the results of the exam. In other words, if you study sincerely by giving your best that itself is your success, thus naturally if you are honest with your study the stress will automatically go away, simply stay calm and keep mind engaged in your study. Do not over react in any way that can be detrimental to your studies. Don't worry about the result simply study in the mood of Service to God and leave the results to God. Thus automatically God will be pleased with you and you don't have to worry what people say. In addition, you can take hot cup of Cow's A2 milk in night, please avoid coffee or caffeine containing substances, avoid spicy oily or kept foods. Take fruits or fruit juices to relax and keep you energetic. Sleep on your left side. Don't study continuously but take breaks. Such situations on mainly a state of mind, you have to go through the time without doing anything wrong. Do deep breathing or stretching exercises. When you get free time you can practice transcendental Meditation by reading Srila Prabhupada books.

Hi Lybrate user take syp Shankhapushpi 20 ml two times a day. Take tablet mansmitravatakam two tablets two times a day with milk empty stomach. Avoid oily spicy fried salty heavy acidic food stuffs.
