I am 32, male, working in office, my job is totally 8-10 hour sitting job. I am Facing this problem from last couple of months, when I woke up in morning my back bone is 80% freeze and having enough pain even I can't stand up with out support. But once I sit back and relax for 5 min, pain has automatically disappeared and never happen again in whole day. This issue has happened only in morning at wake up time only. This problem actually start when I have started raising my 6-7 month baby in my arms. I have observed that without back support I am feeling back pain also. Please suggest what should I do. Thanks in advance..
