Any good brands like colgate or pepsodent are good. You can use colgate total. Brushing technique should be right. Brush in circular and vertical strokes at 45 degree with a soft bristle toothbrush regularly two times daily atleast 2-3 minutes. Rinse your mouth after eating anything. Floss your tooth to prevent food impaction.

Any tooth paste containing triclosan, sodium lauryl sulphate, saccharine, glycerene, sodium mono flurophosphate etc can be used because these are basic constituents of a tooth paste. Tooth paste is just an auxillary. Proper brushing technic with regular brushing twice will lead to a healthy oral cavity. And change your brush every 3-4 months. Interdental brush, dental floss, and mouthwash should be used as prescribed by your dental surgeon.
