Dear Doctor, I have noted that my pulse rate is always around 100 bpm. My Blood Pressure hovers around 100/60. Please let me know is this okay or what should I do?

These two parameters keep changing every minute or seconds depending on the level of activity. So you don't worry about it at all unless you have any symptoms like dizziness, head ache or sweating.
