I am a 29 years old male. Last week I experienced some pain and itching when urinating, just on the orifice of my penis, which got a bit reddish. Not very painful, just a bother. I got tested for HIV, gonorrhea and chlamydia, and the results came negative for everything. The pain eventually stopped after a week. But now, a week later, I just spotted blood clots in my urine. Yesterday they were bigger, usually coming out in the beginning (there were one or two). Now there are almost microscopic. I don�t feel pain when urinating though.
