Hello sir, I am in depression from last 3 years. I can not read properly and sometimes not understand simple things. After some days I watch a video on youtube it was about dopamine. My problems are same as they talk about dopamine variation. I never treatment my brain and not take any medicine. How can I strong My brain and rise dopamine level? Please help me.

Give yourself one week of 1.regular exercise in fresh air and natural daylight. Even 15 minutes a day is good, but do it daily if possible. Do it with a pleasant expression or a smile on your face. 2. Eat a balanced and healthy diet which also includes plenty of water and fruits. 3. Spend more time in open areas and less daytime in a dark, closed room. 4. Keep yourself busy and active with any small or big work. 5. Meet people, do not avoid them. 6. Smile or laugh daily. Even if seems fake in the beginning, keep doing it at least a few times a day. 7. If possible, do any act of Social service everyday. If these help to some extent, please continue these. If not, please see an experienced psychiatrist and a psychotherapist. All the best.
