Need some weight/mass gain tips. As I am very thin. My weight is 60 kg. Can anyone help me out with this issue?

If you want to build muscles, you need to do muscle strengthening exercises like weight lifting and resistance exercise. Start eating accordingly. Eat a good meal 30 minutes after a good workout. This helps in building muscle. Try this meal after work out - Banana, almonds and dates smoothie with egg.
