My friend has a black patch below her waist and it's there for last 2 years. She has taken medication but no permanent cure has not been found out. The main problem starts when the patch is in contact with water for too long, then itchiness start and after rubbing and scratching for too long, the blood come out from that part of skin. Is there any permanent solution for this? Pls help.
