Dear Surabhi Man, can you tell me time wise that what should I have to eat or drink at regular intervals. As I am manager in bank nd I 've mostly sitting job there. But I trying to complete 8000 steps a day. So it would be awesome if you suggest time wise.

Have small and frequent 6 meals, instead of 3 main meals in a day. Avoid sweets and sugar based foods, fried foods and heavy dinners. Include 2 - 3 servings of fruits and vegetables. Go for atleast 30 - 40 min of brisk walks / jogging every day. Have a light and early diner (by 8 Pm) and no salt intake after 8-8: 30 pm. Have a diet rich in protein and fiber.
