I think that long term constipation has caused my anal sphincter muscles to weaken, I mean noon ever applies pressure even while farting, and that happens with me ,maybe ny constipation is too held for too long for that reason, any suggestions docs?

You should avoid nonveg items like redmeat, paneer,spicy and fast food as far as possible. Add more and more fruits, vegetables, nuts and fibre rich diet to your diet. Drinks at least 4 to 4.5 lits water per day including lemon water, lassi, coconut water etc. Drink one glass of water 15 min before eating anything and don't drink water before 30 min of completion of diet. Do Kagel's exercise. Do morning and evening walk and some daily exercise. Don't skip breakfast at any cost. Don't take heavy meal at night. Take some warm water before going to bed and after getting up in the morning. Rx Syp Dufalac 10 ml thrice daily after food for 10 days.
