Hi, my lmp is 24th March 2018. On 1st May I checked with prega test. It was negative. Then On 13th May, I again done prega test &, it was positive. I went to my gynecologist. After ultrasound she told me baby is not 1 week yet. How is it possible? There is no heartbeat.

Dear lybrate-user, it can happen if there is very irregular cycle, delayed implantation. There is no criteria like one week baby on USG. USG identify the sac at 4-5 week, fetus at 5.5-6 and heart beat at 6-6.5 week if we calculate from LMP, so in your case Fetal heart rate should be present. If your cycle is regular than repeat USG after 2 weeks of last one.
