Sometime I feel pain in my cardiac muscle or I can say in heart and sometime in my right lungs .both pains are mainly same frequency ,when its on my heart side somewhat its more than compare to right lung ,it feels like a heart attack ,both pains remains for less than 1 minute ,this happens with me mainly one in a weak and it happening from nearly 3 years ,i have never consulted about this with any doctor ,can you help me out to know what its cause or reason ,i tell you in advance that my age is 17 and I do not smoke and it sometimes happen when I am tired.
