First of all, you have to understand every child is different. They grow upto their potential not upto WHO growth charts numbers. Any childs growth depends on nutrition as well as genetic and environmental factors. Your childs height seems reasonable but weight and HC are on the lower side. You need to make sure the childs nutrition is adequate by consulting a dietician, they can advice if any changes needed. Regarding HC being small, it could well be normal genetic but there are genetic disorders which can cause similar issues. Please consult for further evaluation and management.
