I am suffering from over weight and not able to reduce my weight whatever I try. I just keep on increasing it recommended me a solution.

Hi, Try to gradually reduce the weight. Don't be harsh with your body. Initially you do exercise for 20 to 30 mins gradually increase. Have more of salads and fruits. Reduce simple carbohydrates. Check rest of the medical conditions like B.P (Hypertension), thyroid functions. For proper diet plan you can take my appointment.
