Is it both knees and both ankles. If you have morning stifness ie pain in the joint in the mornings you need to do some blood investigation especially esr, crp. If the pain is more on activities you may need xray of the knee joint.

Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube ornormal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).
