Hi, For improving haemoglobin values, need to includes lots of Iron rich foods like spinach, pomegranate, Jaggery, Dates and anjeer Along with Iron rich food, include Vitamin C rich food like lemon drops, orange juice in diet to improve iron absorption Fish oil is another good food that you can eat to increase your blood count. Salmon is the best fish for increasing hemoglobin content. There isn't any problem in consuming rice if your portions are controlled. For increasing weight, you need to include good quality proteins, healthy fat and complex carbohydrate in diet.
