Hello Dr. I had already mentioned my height is 152 cms, my weight is 59 kgs, my figure is 38 31 41, what's my BMI? All my tests r normal, y is my weight increasing, I HV been exercising regularly since many years for an hour, I also started jogging since last few months for 30 min, I hv a healthy diet & avoid junk, my age is 44.
