Hy name is nigar I am 25 years old my height is 5,7 my weight is 40 only this weight is constant from last 5 years there is no changment on mh weight I am really worried I want toh gain weight I eat a lot but I can not gain weight I am in very depressed by this please help me out I do not have major medical concern please guide mei diet to gain weight.

Have bananas, various dry fruits and nuts, milk/shakes/smoothies everyday. Also have other dairy products. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non veg then eat it more often.
