Hi, I am 46, having administrative nature of work, recently observed with deficiency in HB & B12. Am getting treated with periodic IVs + injections and capsules with folic acid, iron, etc. What kind of natural food n fruits will help me in fast recovery of HB and B12? You need to include iron rich and vitamin c rich food in your diet as vitamin c helps to absorb iron in the body. Include- -Anar, beetroot,green leafy vegetables, Eggs,citrus fruits etc. -Limit the consumption of tea/coffee.
