Doctor my age is 21 years male. I have the problem of tight foreskin. I am unable to retract my foreskin fully at full erection. When my penis is not erected foreskin works fine I am able to retract it easily. It just needed to be loosen a bit. Can you suggest some medicine or oil?(i am practicing stretching exercise too)

This problem is called as Phimosis. Phimosis is defined as the inability to retract the skin (foreskin or prepuce) covering the head (glans) of the penis. Phimosis may appear as a tight ring or "rubber band" of foreskin around the tip of the penis, preventing full retraction. Circumcision (Minor surgery of foreskin) is better surgical treatment option for this problem.

Hi lybrate-user patel with a tight foreskin you are going to land with infection and sexual difficulty sooner or later. So circumcision is the only guranteed treatmnt at hand. All others r useless. And unfortunately there are no oil or medicines for your condn.
