I am a 25 year old female, I have Been diagnosed with TSH of 5.57, T3-76, T4-6.6 Do I really suffer from hypothyroidism? My height is 153 cm, weight-59 Recently period cycle changed to 22 days from 25 days. Seems my BP is some what low. Please suggest do I need to follow medications or can overcome this by making changes in diet and lifestyle.
