I have caries in my both upper 3rd molars. Doc told its due to inaccessible areas of brushing, the plaque got accumulated and caries. Now, he says surgical removal to be done. Is it must? Please suggest? I have lower molars intact. Do I need implants after extraction? And I wanted to know the cost of a permanent, gud quality implant and caps after RCT?
