I am 25 years old. My height is 5 ft 5 inch. My body weight is 60 kg. I have been suffering for acidity problem since 5 years ago. When I eat any spicy food or any rich food acidity problem increases, stomach and body gets heated and stool starts within 1-2 hours after eating spicy foods. Even green chilies does not suit in my health. I have some belly fat also. I want to reduce it. So pls give a diet chart which decreases my acidity problem and belly fat also.

Take overnight soaked jeera water,,take honey in warm water,,take green tea with honey in the morning with 2 biscuits,,take oats meal,with boiled egg,,fruit of ur choice,,in lunch take one small bowl rice with chicken or fish,,raita,,curd,, cucumber,,in afternoon take 4-5 almonds,,in the evening take sprouts or soaked chic peas and peanuts,,in dinner take soup and salad
