I'm a 19 year old teen boy. I'm having groin itching and itchy penis and scrotum since 3 months. I would use derma5 occasionally to get relief from itching and not apply it once itching stops. But now I'm worried I wish for permanent solution to this. As now sometimes ringworm like structures are also seen on shaft. I'm really worried if gets spread to whole penis. Please help. I usually don't use any soap but nowadays using dettol antiseptic liquid in water during shower. In area above penis after applying derma 5 cream after few seconds it turns yellow. Please help me.

The problem the you are reporting could be a fungal infection of the skin. It needs to be treated with proper antifungal tablets and creams FOR A PROLONGED DURATION to completely eliminate the infection from the skin. Most common cause of recurrence is premature cessation of treatment. Also your clothes have to be washed and sun-dried and family members need to be treated if anyone else also has it.
