I am a 23 years old married women. Have been diagnosed with PCOS due to which I have a little high prolactin (44). I have perfectly normal menstrual cycle with absolutely normal flow. I have been through HSG test and undergoing follicular study. I had sex on the 11th day of my menstrual cycle which was 7 days after the hsg, so what are my odds of getting pregnant with the provided information. My eggs have not ruptured yet.

Dear, you have neither mentioned the follicle size neither your HSG result or husband semen analysis. It is very difficult to quantitise results in the absence of this information. In general, the chances of pregnancy in any cycle without medications is around 10% in absence of any other abnormalities.
