I am 63 years old male person and my height is 5 ft 10 inches and weight is 92 kgs. At present I am suffering from back pain. I am too having slight crumbling problem in my left hand due to back pain. I had consulted orthopedic surgeon and as per his advice it may be due to spondylosis or spine related issues ,needs further examination. Can you please advise what is to be done further as I may fear spine tb.

First of all get your vitamin d3 and b12 test done. And try to reduce your weight as your body does not allow this much weight.
