Hi doctor. Just curious to know the answer for one question. Actually I spend lot of money on fairness creams and all but it did not worked on me. So, as I was browsing I came across with the glutathione pills. I found many positive review of that but wanted to know what doctor will advice on that. I am 24 years old and physically and mentally fit. Can you please tell me, can I take glutathione pills? Can it help me increase my color? If yes, how long my color will last? And what will be side eff3cts of that?

Hello lybrate-user U can take TAB. GLUTATHIONE. Take it 500 mg with vitamin C 1000 mg, it will give you good result. U should take it mimimum for 6 months. There are no major side effect. Colour will remain long lasting, but you should avoid sun exposure.
