Sir why I am suffering headache some time. I am 26 years old after 2 years I am suffering hyper tension so till now I am continuing only BP medicine (telmisartan-40. What should I do .and I feel tired. Give me any idea sir ,and is this medicine benefit for me or would I change that medicine.
