I am aged 70, I am taking Telma 20 along with other medicines for the last 8 years after my CABG. Now potassium level is bit high. Is it because of this drug?

Telma can cause high potassium. Levels till 5.1 don't require any dose adjustment since Telma is a heart protective drug. But if levels are higher than that, then you should consult your doctor for dose adjustments or something else to counteract the high value. Take care.
