I have left abdominal pain sometimes dull and sometimes sharp pain. It hurts especially when i'm lying down or breathing heavily. My left pelvic region also hurts a little. I haven't had my periods (since I took I pill in Marchwhere I had withdrawal bleeding on 26th March ). I have no appetite and I also feel nausea sometimes. What is wrong with me? *(i also have vaginal discharge)
