Sir am a 27 year men currently working as a marine engineer and am single but am in a relationship with my girlfriend, my problems is now am facing problems in my bed time and I can?t do sex more than 5 min it means quick falling, am not satisfied with my sex time ,and I noticed the size of the penis nowadays is becoming small also the strength of the penis is not so good as before please help me.
