Hi docs. I am 43 years old female. I often gets acne .At first I get redness in skin which becomes swollen in 2-3 days and sometimes have pus. I use clindac a gel in the morning and evening and adapalene gel at night. It dries the acne in 3 days but leaves scar as by the time acne is swollen. Can you please suggest some effective cream which can dry the acne before it gets swollen and also cream to remove existing acne scar. I follow healthy lifestyle with yoga and avoid fried and sweets. Also I drink 2 ltr water daily.
