I am losing my testosterone levels and it just because of steroids. I am a pro bodybuilder so I hv taken too much of steroids in the last two years. But now I have quit this line of bodybuilding. I just want to be healthy n perfectly ok with my sexual life. My current text level is 76.6 and before three months it was 16. I hv done Ayurvedic three months course but it didn?t work. Please help me what to do n what to take. Please.

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment Take tablet folvite 5mg once a day and tablet vitaminD (60000iu) once a week for six months
