Kindly get an X-ray done of the broken tooth. May be you will have to get root canal treatment done followed by a cap/crown. Also get your lower lip checked may be there's a clot that needs to be dissolved.

An xray of the lower lip has to be taken to see if any tooth fragment is still inside the lip. Also get a xray done for the broken tooth. Visit a dentist nearby.
